Why Ujjwal Technolabs exists
I spent years building products for other people and watching the same gap open up every time: the team that builds something rarely has to live with it. They ship, invoice, and move on. The hard truths — what production actually costs, where payments break, why a feature looks cheap and turns out expensive — land on someone else.
I wanted to be on the other side of that. So I built a product of my own and kept running it. That's the whole idea behind Ujjwal Technolabs: we build production SaaS for any industry — and we run our own, so we know what works.
FlexiCommerce
Why I built it solo
FlexiCommerce is a multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS — the kind of platform most teams would scope at a year and a small army. I built the first version solo, in about 2.5 months. Not to prove I could suffer, but to prove a point I make to every client: a senior engineer who actually owns the outcome moves at a different speed.
Today it's ~450,000 lines, 187 data models, around 500 API endpoints, 70 admin resources, three native Flutter apps, and a live AI Store Generator that runs at roughly $0.06 a generation. It takes real payments across Razorpay, PayU and PhonePe, across 6 country variants and 9 languages. It is, in other words, the exact shape of the thing most clients ask me to build — and I've already lived every edge case in it.

Senior hands, no sales fog
When you work with us, you work with the person writing the code. There's no account manager translating your idea into a slide deck and back. We're based in Indore and work remote-first with founders worldwide — borders aren't a problem we just talk about. We shipped a Flutter field-inspection app with a Next.js dashboard on Supabase, in production for a Brazilian client; and a client app past 10,000 downloads.
Same standards in every time zone. The code that ships to you is the code I'd put in my own product — because half the time, it's the same patterns I already run in mine.

Why I bill the way I do
I've been the client who paid a large sum upfront and watched a roadmap evaporate. It's a rotten feeling, and I refuse to put anyone through it. So I bill monthly, for software that actually shipped that month. You fund working code, you own it from day one, and you can pause whenever you like.
