Ujjwal Technolabs ("we", "us") runs ujjwaltechnolabs.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and contact us, and what we do with it. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, the AI Build Planner lead form, or request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, company, industry, budget, and the description of your idea. We also log your IP address with the submission to help prevent spam.

If you use the AI Build Planner, the idea text you enter is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a build plan. We may cache anonymised idea text briefly to avoid re-processing identical requests.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, prepare estimates and quotes, and deliver work you engage us for. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: an email provider to deliver lead notifications, and Anthropic for the AI planner. They process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and quote records for as long as needed to do business with you, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email deepak@flexicommerce.in and we'll handle it.

Cookies

The site uses minimal local storage (for example, to remember your selected currency). We don't run invasive third-party advertising trackers.
