Cloud Development Services
Senior cloud development on AWS, Docker and Cloudflare. We run our own SaaS in production, so we build cloud infrastructure that actually scales.
// the short answer
Ujjwal Technolabs builds and runs production cloud infrastructure — primarily on AWS, Docker and Cloudflare. We're a senior, remote-first SaaS studio led by Deepak Nagar (12+ years full-stack), and our own multi-tenant platform FlexiCommerce runs live on this exact stack today. We deploy, observe and scale cloud apps for clients worldwide.

What we build with cloud
Cloud isn't a product we sell — it's the foundation under everything we ship. We design and operate the infrastructure that keeps a SaaS or mobile backend fast, observable and resilient. Concretely, we build:
- Containerised application deployments with Docker — reproducible builds that run the same locally, in staging and in production.
- AWS-hosted SaaS backends — compute, managed databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Redis caching, object storage, queues and background workers.
- Cloudflare edge setup — CDN, DNS, caching, DDoS protection and TLS in front of your app.
- Multi-tenant architecture — the kind that powers FlexiCommerce, with isolation, per-tenant data and country/region variants.
- CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deploys so shipping a change is routine, not an event.
- Payment, AI and third-party integrations wired safely into cloud environments (Razorpay/Stripe/PayU/PhonePe, Claude/OpenAI APIs).
We're also fluent in Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform and serverless, and we build with them when a product genuinely needs them — without pushing complexity you won't use.
Where cloud fits
Cloud development is the right call when your product needs to be available, scalable and continuously deployed. It's well-suited to:
- SaaS platforms that serve many customers and grow over time.
- Mobile app backends (Flutter, React Native, native iOS/Android) that need reliable APIs and storage.
- Apps with traffic spikes — sales, launches, seasonal demand — where you need to scale up and back down.
- Products with real uptime expectations, where downtime costs money or trust.
- Teams that ship often and want automated, repeatable deploys instead of manual server fiddling.
Our proof
We don't just deploy other people's apps — we run our own. FlexiCommerce is our flagship: a multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS with paying customers, ~450,000 lines of code, built solo in roughly 2.5 months. It runs on AWS with Docker, fronted by Cloudflare, serving ~500 API endpoints, 187 data models, 3 native Flutter apps, 6 country variants and 9 languages.
That means our cloud advice comes from operating a real, observable, scaling product — not from a slide deck. We've made the database, caching, deployment and edge decisions that keep a live SaaS healthy, and we feel the consequences directly. On the client side, we've shipped a Brazilian field-inspection app (Flutter + Next.js + Supabase) to production and an app with 10,000+ downloads, both backed by real cloud infrastructure.
Is cloud the right choice for you?
Cloud development is a great fit when you're building something that has to stay up, grow, and deploy continuously — a SaaS, a multi-tenant platform, a mobile backend, or any app where reliability and scale matter. If that's you, we'll architect it to scale sensibly and cost-efficiently from day one.
But cloud isn't always the honest answer. If you're validating a tiny idea with a handful of users, a simple managed host or serverless function may be cheaper and faster than full infrastructure — and we'll tell you so. If you have heavy regulatory or data-residency constraints, the right provider and region matter more than any default, and we'll design for that rather than reach for the familiar. And if your product is genuinely small and stable, paying for elaborate orchestration like Kubernetes is waste, not maturity. We size the infrastructure to the product, never the other way around.
Whatever you choose, you own all the code and infrastructure config from day one — no platform lock-in, no proprietary black box.

FAQ
The technical questions, answered.
Our daily-driver, production-proven stack is AWS with Docker and Cloudflare — it's what runs FlexiCommerce live today. We're also fluent in Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform and serverless, and we build with those when a product genuinely needs them.
Yes — full ownership from day one. You get all the application code and infrastructure configuration, with no platform lock-in and no proprietary black box. You can take it and run it independently whenever you want.
We use transparent 'from' prices billed monthly as the product ships — pay-as-it-ships. You can pause anytime. Note that third-party cloud provider costs (AWS, Cloudflare, etc.) are billed by those providers directly to your account.
Sometimes, yes. If you're validating an idea with very few users, a simpler managed host or serverless setup can be cheaper and faster than full infrastructure. We size the setup to your product and will tell you honestly when less is more.
Yes. We set up CI/CD pipelines, zero-downtime deploys, caching, edge protection via Cloudflare, and scalable architecture — the same operational work we do every day keeping our own SaaS, FlexiCommerce, running for paying customers.
