We serve Germany worldwide, not as a local agency — with full code ownership from day one, transparent pay-as-it-ships pricing, and the ability to pause anytime.

Why custom SaaS matters in the German market

Germany is Europe's largest economy and one of its deepest B2B-SaaS markets. German buyers tend to value engineering rigour, data discipline, and software that fits a precise operational workflow rather than a generic template. That makes custom development a genuinely strong fit: off-the-shelf tools often force a compromise on process, while a purpose-built product encodes exactly how your business actually runs.

We're not a local German agency, and we won't pretend to be. What we offer is senior custom engineering delivered globally — the same discipline we applied building our own production SaaS and shipping client apps. For founders who care more about who writes the code and whether they own it than about a physical office in Berlin or Munich, that trade is usually worth it.

How we work with German teams remotely

India and Germany share a workable overlap. Central European mornings and early afternoons land squarely inside our working day, so live calls, reviews, and decisions happen in real time — typically several hours of comfortable overlap daily. Outside that window we work async: clear written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and a shipping log you can read at your own pace.

  • Time-zone overlap: a solid daily window for synchronous calls, with async handoffs covering the rest.
  • Transparent pricing: "from" prices billed monthly as the product ships. Our primary currency is INR (₹) with USD ($) secondary; we work worldwide and can discuss EUR-denominated terms for German clients.
  • Full ownership from day one: the code is yours as it's written — no platform lock-in, no proprietary runtime you can't leave.
  • Pause anytime: pay-as-it-ships means you scale the engagement up or down to match your runway and roadmap.

Being honest about being remote is part of how we earn trust. You get a senior team and direct access to the people building your product, just not someone you can meet for coffee in Hamburg. See our services and pricing for how that breaks down.

What we build

We build production SaaS for any industry — and we run our own, so we know what holds up under real customers. Our work spans:

  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms: our flagship, FlexiCommerce, is a live, paying multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS — roughly 450,000 lines of code built solo in about 2.5 months on Laravel 12 / Filament 5 and Vue 3 / Inertia 2, with 187 data models, around 500 API endpoints, 70 admin resources, 6 country variants, and 9 languages.
  • Native mobile apps: FlexiCommerce ships with 3 native Flutter apps. For a Brazilian client we built and shipped a field-inspection app (Flutter + Next.js + Supabase) that's in production, and one client app has passed 10,000+ downloads.
  • AI features: FlexiCommerce includes an AI Store Generator running at roughly $0.06 per generation. We build with LLM agents, RAG and vector search, and embeddings when a feature genuinely benefits from them — not as a buzzword bolt-on.
  • Payments & integrations: production experience with multiple gateways and cryptographic verification, plus the data and infrastructure plumbing (PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, Cloudflare) that production SaaS demands.

Our core stack is proven in production: Laravel/PHP, Filament, Node.js, Vue, React, TypeScript, Flutter, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS. We're also fluent in extended tooling — Python/FastAPI, Go, NestJS, Next.js, React Native, Kubernetes, Terraform — and we pick whatever the product actually needs rather than forcing one stack onto every problem.

When a local German agency is the better fit

If your project depends on in-person workshops, on-site presence, German-language contracting and stakeholder management, or strict requirements that mandate an EU-based delivery team, a local German agency or a nearshore European studio will serve you better. Those are real, legitimate reasons to choose local — and we'd rather you make the right call than the convenient one.

We're the right fit when you want senior engineering, direct builder access, full ownership, and a pace set by actual shipping — delivered remotely and worldwide. If that sounds like your situation, the simplest next step is a free build plan that maps your product into concrete, shippable milestones.

Why founders trust the "we run SaaS too" model

A lot of studios build software but have never operated it. We do both. FlexiCommerce is live with paying customers, which means we've felt the things that matter after launch: multi-tenancy edge cases, payment reliability, localisation across countries and languages, and keeping a large codebase maintainable. That operator's perspective shapes how we build for you — toward software that survives real usage, not just a demo.

The honest part

We're remote — here's how that works for Company Germany.

We don't keep an office in Company Germany, and we won't pretend to. We're a remote-first studio that has already shipped across borders — including a Brazilian client's app in production. For Company Germany founders that means senior engineering on your timezone-overlap hours, async updates you can actually read, and working software every month.
