• Custom SaaS platforms: full web applications with auth, billing, admin panels and APIs. FlexiCommerce alone is ~450,000 lines of code, ~500 API endpoints, 187 data models and 70 admin resources — built solo in roughly 2.5 months.
• Multi-tenant products: one codebase serving many customers with isolated data — the architecture behind FlexiCommerce, and a common need for Indian B2B founders.
• Native mobile apps: Flutter apps shipped to real users. FlexiCommerce includes three native Flutter apps, and a client app we built has crossed 10,000+ downloads.
• AI features that earn their keep: practical, cost-aware AI like FlexiCommerce's AI Store Generator (around $0.06 per generation) — not AI for its own sake.
