Our flagship product, FlexiCommerce, is a live multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS built solo in roughly 2.5 months: around 450,000 lines of code, 187 data models, ~500 API endpoints, 70 admin resources, three native Flutter apps, an AI Store Generator, and payments across multiple providers.
