• SaaS platforms: billing, roles, dashboards, and APIs built to scale. FlexiCommerce is our evidence — built solo in roughly 2.5 months, with ~450,000 lines of code, 187 data models, ~500 API endpoints, and 70 admin resources.
• Multi-tenant products: one codebase serving many customers, with isolation done properly. FlexiCommerce ships 6 country variants, 9 languages, and 108 theme sections from a single platform.
• Native mobile apps: FlexiCommerce includes 3 native Flutter apps. We also shipped a field-inspection app for a Brazilian client (Flutter + Next.js + Supabase) now running in production, and an app with 10,000+ downloads.
• AI features: we built an AI Store Generator into FlexiCommerce at roughly $0.06 per generation. We work with LLM agents, RAG and vector search, and embeddings when a feature genuinely benefits — not as a buzzword bolt-on.
