Custom SaaS Development for Riyadh Startups

Senior custom SaaS and mobile development delivered remotely to Riyadh founders. Full code ownership, pay-as-it-ships, built by the team behind FlexiCommer

Working with Riyadh

Custom SaaS for Riyadh startups is built by Ujjwal Technolabs, a senior remote-first studio led by Deepak Nagar with 12+ years of full-stack experience. We work from Indore, India, and serve founders worldwide — including across Saudi Arabia — shipping production SaaS and native mobile apps the same way we built our own flagship product, FlexiCommerce.

Why a custom build matters in Riyadh

Riyadh has become the Gulf's fastest-growing tech market, with a wave of founders building fintech, logistics, retail, and B2B platforms aimed at a young, mobile-first population. Off-the-shelf tools rarely match the realities here — Arabic-first interfaces with right-to-left layouts, local payment expectations, and compliance needs that generic SaaS templates simply ignore. A custom build lets you own the product and the roadmap instead of bending your business around someone else's software.

We don't claim to be a Riyadh agency — we're not physically there. What we offer is senior engineering delivered remotely, which is exactly how modern software gets built across borders today.

How our worldwide remote model works for Riyadh teams

We're honest about the setup: Ujjwal Technolabs is remote-first, with no office in Saudi Arabia. The India–Saudi time difference is small (roughly 2.5 hours), so a real working-hours overlap is easy to schedule. We lean on async collaboration so progress never waits on a meeting.

  • Real time-zone overlap: Indore and Riyadh share most of the business day, making same-day decisions and live reviews practical.
  • Async by default: written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and a shared backlog mean you always know what shipped without sitting in calls.
  • Full code ownership from day one: the repository is yours. No platform lock-in, no proprietary black box.
  • Pay-as-it-ships: transparent "from" pricing billed monthly as the product is built. You can pause anytime.

This is the same model we used to ship a field-inspection app for a Brazilian client (Flutter + Next.js + Supabase, now in production) — a different continent, the same disciplined remote delivery.

What we build

We build production SaaS for any industry, and we run our own SaaS, so we know what actually holds up under paying customers. Our proof is FlexiCommerce: a multi-tenant e-commerce platform built solo in about 2.5 months — roughly 450,000 lines of code, Laravel 12 / Filament 5 on the backend, Vue 3 / Inertia on the front, three native Flutter apps, 187 data models, around 500 API endpoints, an AI Store Generator, and support for 6 country variants and 9 languages.

For Riyadh founders, that experience translates directly into:

  • SaaS platforms: dashboards, admin panels, subscriptions, and billing with Stripe, Razorpay, PayU, or PhonePe.
  • Multi-tenant products: one codebase serving many customers, with isolated data and per-tenant configuration — the core of FlexiCommerce.
  • Native mobile apps: Flutter for iOS and Android from one codebase; one of our client apps has crossed 10,000+ downloads.
  • AI features: we build with the Claude and OpenAI APIs, RAG and vector search, and LLM agents — practical AI like our AI Store Generator, not buzzwords.

Our core stack is proven in production — Laravel/PHP, Vue, React, TypeScript, Flutter, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, and Docker. We're also fluent in extended tooling (Python/FastAPI, Go, Next.js, React Native, Kubernetes, and more) and pick whatever the product genuinely needs rather than forcing one stack on every problem. Multilingual and right-to-left interfaces are built in, not bolted on — FlexiCommerce already ships in 9 languages.

Getting started

The simplest first step is a clear scope. Explore what we cover on our services page, see how billing works on pricing, and when you're ready, request a free build plan — a concrete breakdown of what your SaaS would take to ship. There's no obligation, and you'll come away with a sharper picture of your product even if we never build it together.

The honest part

We're remote — here's how that works for Riyadh.

We don't keep an office in Riyadh, and we won't pretend to. We're a remote-first studio that has already shipped across borders — including a Brazilian client's app in production. For Riyadh founders that means senior engineering on your timezone-overlap hours, async updates you can actually read, and working software every month.

FAQ

Riyadh build questions, answered.

No. Ujjwal Technolabs is remote-first and based in Indore, India, with no office in Saudi Arabia. We serve Riyadh founders remotely — the same way we shipped a field-inspection app for a Brazilian client and run our own SaaS, FlexiCommerce.

The gap between Indore and Riyadh is only about 2.5 hours, so most of the business day overlaps. We work async by default — written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and a shared backlog — and schedule live calls during the overlap when a decision needs one.

We use transparent "from" prices billed monthly as the product ships — pay-as-it-ships. You can pause anytime with no platform lock-in. Pricing is quoted in INR primarily and USD secondarily; see our pricing page or request a free build plan for a scoped estimate.

You do, from day one. The repository is yours with no proprietary lock-in. We build on open, standard technology like Laravel, Vue, and Flutter so your team or any other developer can maintain the product later.
